The Surety Claims team is growing and looking for a Surety Claims Specialist to join our team!  This person will have the opportunity to handle a wide array of claims from performance bond claims, litigation management, payment bond & commercial surety claims.  A typical day will include the following: Evaluates each claim in light of facts, policy considerations and corporate direction. Pays and/or reserves and/or denies coverage as appropriate. Investigates circumstances of complex and possibly routine claims to determine if and to what extent coverage applies.
